 I take the calls regarding problems and see that repairs are done.

Most problems/ repairs I can fix myself for which I charge the Owner.

 I believe I am a partner in the properties.

 I am fair with tenants because it’s not easy to get people in apartments or houses.

Owners must make money if I am to get paid

I look at it as balancing act.
